Founder, product and engineering2025–present
- Problem
- Independent professionals juggle several tools, and most of them ask for a lot of setup.
- What I did
- Compared 10 existing tools, read user complaints, and wrote a 76-story backlog sorted into must-have, nice-to-have and post-MVP. Cut a feature I wanted to build because it went against the product's promise. When feedback showed the product was unusable for non-English speakers, I reworked it for Hebrew (full right-to-left) and Russian.
- Result
- Soft launch in June 2026 in three languages, with 156 components and 32 pages, built solo on React, TypeScript, Node and PostgreSQL.
Employee portal rebuild
Migdal Group2022–2025
- Problem
- Employees found the service portal slow to use, and requests were often routed to the wrong team.
- What I did
- Interviewed employees and department leads, analysed usage data, presented the findings to management, then designed the flows and interface.
- Result
- Requests were submitted 30% faster and misrouting dropped, with positive feedback from management and the call center.
Cloud migration
Migdal Groupabout 8 months
- Problem
- Moving an enterprise service platform for 5,000+ users from on-premises to the cloud, with the call center as the group that could least afford disruption.
- What I did
- Built the roadmap, cleaned and validated legacy data, designed the test scenarios, rerouted integrations and ran cybersecurity reviews with internal and external teams. During go-live week, I fixed status translations, approval workflows and email links in real time with the vendor.

- Went live on schedule and stayed live.
